comptia network plus
CompTIA (Comp-Tee-Ya) is the Computer Technology Industry Association, and their educational offerings are legendary. The US Department of Defense (DoD) requires CompTIA certifications for anyone applying for IT-related jobs. Most employers see CompTIA A+, Network +, and other certifications as mandatory.
Based on the experience of the industry professionals whose accumulated experience forms the foundation of the curriculum, the A+ certification was long ago separated into two distinct components, Part I and Part II.
According to the CompTIA website for Part I, “The CompTIA A+ course can benefit you in two ways. Whether you work or plan to work in a mobile or corporate environment where you have a high level of face-to-face customer interaction, where client communication and client training are important, or in an environment with limited customer interaction and an emphasis on hardware activities, this course provides the background knowledge and skills you will require to be a successful A+ technician. In this course, you will install, configure, optimize, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and perform preventive maintenance on personal computers, digital devices, and operating systems.
